For returning Grade 12 students:
Create a Weight Room Workout:
- Consider what your goals will be regarding physical activity once this course is over (how many days you want to be active, what areas of fitness you want to continue working on, etc...)
- Be aware of the equipment that you will have access to and what facilities you will be able to use
- Create a 30-45min routine personal work out routine - this might be something that could be done in a weight room utilizing a variety of equipment or it may include a series of body weight activies such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups
